Karen Turrini draws upon an abundance of valuable talent and experience in the Technology sector for her leadership role as the founder of Turrini Associates. She is a well-known retained search executive at C level and vice presidential positions in sales, marketing and business development. Following upon the success and over achievement Karen attained in the search industry, she founded her own company in 1993. She is an accomplished organizational leader who collaborates with clients to identify, attract and hire experienced executives who will complement and enhance their organizations. Karen is conversant in all areas of technological advancement and utilizes this asset with her expert knowledge of sales, marketing and business development functionality to select premier candidates. Robbie Casarez
VP, Marketing and Product Management Services

Robbie Casarez brings over 16 years experience in the retained executive search industry. Prior to joining Turrini, she ran and developed the search firm she founded, CAZ Associates specializing in marketing, product marketing and product management while focusing in all areas of software. Robbie's recruiting efforts still focus in these functional areas at Turrini Associates. She has worked with Fortune 1000 corporations as well as entrepreneurial start-ups. She brings a wealth of experience, talent and knowledge recruiting at the CEO and Vice President and Director levels. Robbie works closely with both CEOs and senior executives to find and cull the best possible talent to meet their requirements. She possesses an unmatched skill to understand and internalize the conversations with the clients and find candidates that exceed all the concrete demands of the role as well as the non-tangible components of the position. The true measure of her success is that many of the candidates that she has placed have turned into long time clients.

Stephanie MacDonald
Director of Recruiting

Stephanie MacDonald brings over 20 years experience in the retained executive search industry to Turrini Associates. She entered the industry in 1983 and has recruited and developed qualified executives for publicly held, venture funded, and privately held companies. Stephanie achieves consistent, high quality and timely results. She manages multiple searches on an ongoing basis. She actively networks for leads, recruits and qualifies potential candidates, develops candidate profiles and conducts reference checks. She conducts searches at all levels including: CEO, CFO, CTO, COO, CIO, President, GM, Vice President and Director. Stephanie's experience spans a variety of industries including: Technology, Telecommunications, Life Sciences, Biotech, and Consumer/Retail. Functional areas of expertise include: Corporate Sales, Field Sales, Inside Sales, Business Development, Professional Services, and Engineering. Earlier in her career, she worked for the retained executive search firms of Kors Marlar Savage & Associates in Los Angeles, Nadzam Lusk & Associates in Santa Clara, and Splaine & Associates in Los Gatos.

Madelyn Harvey
Recruiter

Madelyn's broad based experience has allowed her to be an asset to the expanding needs of Turrini Associates' clients. Her talents lie in identifying top candidates that fit with what each client is searching for. She has worked in a variety of industries nationwide, placing top sales and marketing candidates. Previously she was at The Culver Group where she was a member of the marketing team and recognized for her achievements in recruiting.

Madelyn has also worked in media sales at Clear Channel communications, working with the countries top advertising agencies. She started her career in promotions for the #1 FOX affiliate in the nation.

Joanie Thomas
Director of Operations

Joanie joined Turrini Associates in 2003 as the Director of Operations. Previously, Joanie was a solutions sales executive for Sun Microsystems, focusing on dot com start-ups and other emerging technology companies in the Bay Area. She also held several other positions at Sun focused on customer relations and technical selling.

Joanie is a native Silicon Valley resident and studied marketing at San Jose State University.
